If you’ve gotten this far, then hopefully you’ve sponsored and started working with a great Internet Marketer as your business partner. If not, no worries, keep working at it. Once you’ve sponsored 1, 2, or 3 Internet Marketers you want to make sure that you take good care of your relationships because it’s not that easy to get them to work with you in the first place. So you want to make sure that you maintain those relationships long term.

Internet Marketers don’t really ask for much.

Most don’t care if they get a congratulations for a job well done.
Most don’t care if they get a plaque or recognition from the company.
Most don’t even care if you talk to them regularly.

What they do want though is a good regular check for their efforts. If you can’t provide that, then you should probably not bother trying to sponsor them in the first place.

So what exactly do you need to do to make sure that you keep a long term relationship with a Top Internet Marketer when you start working with them?

1. Show Integrity with their leads
2. Make sure they get paid (ahead of you)
3. Cover their autoship (if necessary)
4. Always watch their account for bonuses etc to maximize commissions
5. Build under them from your own efforts (they are a great resource long-term)
6. Never take them for granted

Show Integrity with their leads simply means that when you sponsor people into the business with their leads, they go under your Internet Marketing partner. It can be tempting to just take a couple for yourself, but in reality you should never do that. It’s not even that they’d notice most of the time, but that’s not the point. Without them as a partner you’d lose a lot more than you think. Always remember what it was like before you had this great relationship and be 100% honest to protect it.

You may not always want to get someone else paid ahead of you, but it’s important that you always take care of your Internet Marketing partner’s check first. If they’re happy, there’s a good chance they’ll send you more traffic. If they don’t get paid, there’s a good chance that the partnership may come to an end…especially if you’re cashing big checks and forgetting that they may be a big reason why you are doing so well in the first place. Without the leads, your check would have been a lot smaller than it is today. So always make sure that you take care of your partner. As a side note, if their mlm check isn’t great, it’s a good idea to take a percentage of your mlm check and just send it to them as an appreciation for everything they are doing to help your business grow. Remember that their input increases your check and it’s a partnership, so you want to make sure you take care of them first.

Paying for their autoship is the right thing to do. Most Internet Marketers will be highly appreciative and even feel like you care about them that much more if you pay for their monthly autoship for them. Usually it will only cost you $50-$150 depending on your company, but that $100 will go a really long way to make them like the opportunity even more. Plus it shows your partner that you are very confident in your company and opportunity that you are willing to invest a little extra in the product order.

Make sure you keep an eye on their account for potential bonuses, advancements or commissions that are available that they can qualify for. If they are just short for a special bonus you can either work harder to get there for them, or let them know about it. They might even do some special advertising to make sure they get their with your help. Keep in mind that they are probably NOT watching it or don’t necessarily always keep up, it’s YOUR job to do this for them.

Adding your own advertising or contacts in under them into their downline is a great idea. This will increase their check faster and multiply the efforts. Most compensation plans will allow you to do this without giving up much of your check. Pay attention to what you need for your business, but if you can always double up the efforts of your Top Internet Marketing partners because it will pay off very well in the end.

Finally, never ever take your Internet Marketing partners for granted. As you become more successful it’s easy to forget WHY you got to where you are now. If they were a big part of that, make sure you continue to take care of them and make them money. Don’t lose sight of the fact that they are a business partner and friend and can be a relationship that will last forever if you take care of it. I’ve talked to many Internet Marketers that have helped people in their mlm business, only to be disappointed over time as the person stopped working the Internet Marketers business once they got what they wanted. Do not use people for your own benefit, it will not pay off in the end. You’ll never be able to go back to that partner if you need them again. If you take care of their check consistently, they will take care of your leads and future business.
